Glass SM 2025

The Ice Cream Championship is a competition organized by Stockholmsmässan in collaboration with pastry chef Tony Olsson. Participants in the competition are ice cream parlors, pastry shops and restaurants that sell ice cream as take-away. The competition appoints Sweden’s best ice cream maker. The jury consists of experienced ice cream makers and confectioners.

The Ice Cream Championships will be held in Stockholm on March 28 during Nordiska Trädgårdar at Stockholmsmässan.
