About Glass SM 2025
The Ice Cream Championship is a competition organized by Stockholmsmässan in collaboration with pastry chef Tony Olsson. The competition appoints the Swedish Ice Cream Champion 2025. The jury consists of experienced ice cream masters and confectioners.
The competition will take place in Stockholm on March 28 during Nordiska Trädgårdar at Stockholmsmässan.
“Sweden’s Glass Map
We want all the amazing ice cream makers across Sweden to have the opportunity to promote their business to a large audience! That’s why we created the “Swedish Ice Cream Map”.
Everyone who is approved to participate and pays the registration fee for the Glass-SM gets to market their company on “Sweden’s Glass Map”. In 2025, the Glass-SM will take place at the same time as the Nordic Gardens at Stockholmsmässan. It is a perfect opportunity to showcase the map to all visitors and exhibitors and for the competitors to promote their companies. “Sweden’s Glass Map” is also promoted on the Glass-SM website and in social media.
